400 m run with plate 2

60 ground to overhead 135,85

400 m run with plate 1

50 burpees over the plate (facing)

400 m run with plate 2

30 burpees over two plates (facing)
Run with first plate when finished come in put on bar and grab second plate when finished put second plate on bar star round to overheads

If team of 3 burpees will be 75 and 60
